Saved offers stay on your device.
Saved coupon identifiers are stored in your browser. You can remove them from the saved-offers page or clear your browser storage. A saved page sends the selected offer identifiers to our server so it can display current offers.
Forms and service records.
When you contact us, we store the name, email address and message you submit so the site operator can review them. Brand offer submissions also store your stated relationship to the brand, brand and offer details, and any affiliate information you provide for editorial review and follow-up. Contact details are not displayed on public listings. Coupon feedback stores the selected reason and optional message. Session cookies support form security and administrator sign-in.
Website usage and merchant clicks.
We count store views, searches, offer openings, code copies, merchant visits and feedback to improve the site. These usage records contain the event, relevant store or offer, timestamp and a keyed session hash; they do not contain the search text or coupon code. Affiliate click records also include the destination host, browser user agent and referring host and path. We store keyed hashes rather than plain IP addresses, and remove query strings from recorded referring addresses.
Google Analytics.
Our public website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, page visits and website interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and sends usage information to Google. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our tag. Our tag does not load when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also block analytics using your browser settings or an analytics-blocking extension. These preferences do not affect our own service and merchant-click records described above.
Retention and requests.
Usage and click records are retained for 90 days. Closed feedback, contact and brand submission records are retained for 180 days, and administrator audit records for 365 days. Contact us using the contact form about your submitted messages or offers. Saved browser data can be removed directly on your device.
After opening a merchant.
The merchant and affiliate network operate their own services and privacy practices. CouponFold does not process your purchase payment or store card details.
