BUGATCHI describes Shaped Fit as closer through the chest, waist and hips, while Classic Fit is more generous. Use the Size/Fit Guide above the size selector for the specific garment. Compare its measurements with a shirt you already wear comfortably instead of relying on the size letter alone.
Treat deep discounts as a return decision
BUGATCHI's terms classify swimwear, masks and items discounted by 40% or more as Final Sale. Check that label before choosing a size. Eligible returns must remain unused with tags and accessories; the prepaid-return conditions have a 14-day arrival requirement, so begin the return promptly rather than waiting until the last day.
Check the destination before planning delivery
The shipping page bases delivery estimates on dispatch, rather than the day an order is placed. Review the options for your destination at checkout and allow for order acceptance and processing. BUGATCHI excludes P.O. boxes and freight forwarders, so verify the full delivery address before submitting the order.

Why will a BUGATCHI welcome code not apply at guest checkout?
The official FAQ says its one-time welcome code requires logging into a BUGATCHI account. Apply it on the shopping-bag page and check the discount is acknowledged before completing the order; other offer restrictions may still apply.
Can I return a BUGATCHI item reduced by 40%?
The published terms treat products discounted by 40% or more as Final Sale, alongside swimwear and masks. Those items are excluded from returns and exchanges. Check the item's status and measurements before purchasing.
Are BUGATCHI prepaid returns available everywhere in the US?
No. The terms exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories from free prepaid returns. Qualifying returns must meet the condition requirements and arrive within 14 days of delivery; use the brand's designated returns process.
Can I edit my BUGATCHI order after submitting it?
The terms say existing orders cannot be combined or have their size, billing details, delivery details or contents edited. Contact customer service immediately about possible cancellation before dispatch, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
