Individual Software sells installed programs as well as cloud and web products. Compare the exact title, edition and delivery format before applying a coupon. Read that product’s system requirements rather than assuming a Windows download also works on macOS or that a web subscription includes the installed desktop program.
Check the license for your intended users
Confirm whether the purchase is for one person, a household or an organization. For example, the ResumeMaker Professional Deluxe product page distinguishes a single-user personal license from business licensing. Schools and employers should use the appropriate sales route before treating a consumer coupon as a price for multiple users.
Keep download and activation details with the order
Save the receipt, product version and activation information so support can identify your purchase. Individual Software provides a consumer service-request route and separate activation assistance. Its published return policy describes a 30-day window; ask customer care how the policy applies to your exact product and purchase channel before returning or repurchasing.

Shopping at Individual Software: common questions.
Will one Individual Software product work on both Windows and Mac?
Check the exact product’s system requirements and platform selection. The catalog includes different software and web products; a Windows desktop purchase should not be assumed to include a compatible Mac edition.
Can a personal license cover a school or business team?
Do not assume multi-user rights. Some product pages specify a single-user personal license and direct organizational buyers to business sales. Confirm the licensing terms and user count for the product you need.
What should I do if my activation key does not work?
Use the official activation-assistance or technical-support route and provide the product title, version and purchase details. Avoid buying another copy before support checks whether the issue concerns installation, compatibility or the key.
Does Individual Software offer a return window?
Its published policy describes returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase and refunds to the original payment method. Contact customer care to confirm the procedure for your product and where you bought it.
How should I assess a CouponFold Individual Software deal?
Check the source, product edition, exclusions and any dated verification evidence, then confirm checkout. Report incorrect details to CouponFold. Qualifying purchases through affiliate links may earn CouponFold a commission.
