J.Crew Passport offers free membership benefits, including standard shipping at jcrew.com, while shopping points under the current program depend on using a J.Crew Card. Sign in to see the offers attached to your tier. Do not assume an old description of points for every shopper still reflects the current program.
J.Crew excludes final-sale, monogrammed, personalized and altered merchandise from ordinary returns and exchanges. A sale price or a tier benefit can make customization tempting, but it also removes flexibility if your plans change. Settle the fit first and read the designation for each piece, especially when ordering an outfit for an event.
J.Crew and J.Crew Factory have different return destinations, even though Passport spans both shopping channels. Marketplace items require the vendor's return instructions and cannot simply be handed to a J.Crew store. Keep the packing instructions with each item so a mixed order does not end up in the wrong return parcel.
Check any listed minimum purchase, eligible products and customer requirements. Open Details when available for more conditions.
Select “Copy & Shop” to copy a promo code and open the store, or “Shop Deal” to visit a promotion. If copying is blocked, use “Copy code” on the offer or copy the displayed code manually. Email signup offers use “Get Offer” and require signup on the store’s website to receive a personal code.
Apply your code before paying. Check the discount and shipping charges in the order total.
Compare your order with the offer’s listed products, minimum purchase and account requirements. If the details appear wrong, choose “Report a problem” on the offer.
How we check offers →Current Passport terms say purchases earn points when paid with a qualifying J.Crew Card. Free membership still has other benefits, but it should not be confused with the card-linked points program.
No. The program lists separate shipping benefits for jcrew.com and J.Crew Factory, with Factory benefits depending on tier or card status. Confirm the benefit for the actual site where you are checking out.
Passport terms state that a reward used on returned merchandise is forfeited. Consider using it on a piece you are confident you will keep, after checking fit and the item's return eligibility.
J.Crew's return policy says J.Crew merchandise cannot be returned to Factory locations. Check the original order channel and choose the matching return route instead of relying on the shared brand name.
Confirm the recipient's size and the exact letters before submitting the order. Personalized merchandise is excluded from ordinary returns, even when monogramming is available through a Passport benefit.
