PetCareClub says orders leave its UK facility within two business days, while standard delivery usually takes 10–15 business days after shipment. These are separate stages. Are PetCareClub orders dispatched from the United States?
The merchant’s FAQ says orders ship from its dispensing facility in the UK. Check the current delivery estimate for your destination, and distinguish the dispatch confirmation from the date the parcel is expected to arrive.
Does every PetCareClub order qualify for free shipping?
The shipping policy lists free shipping for US orders above $49 and a $9.95 fee below that amount. Tracked shipping is an optional additional service; review the complete checkout charge after applying any promotion.
Can I cancel after PetCareClub has processed the order?
Its FAQ allows cancellation before processing and says processed orders cannot be canceled. Contact support immediately with your order reference; changing an item before shipment is described separately and should not be treated as guaranteed cancellation.
Why does my PetCareClub tracking number show no movement?
For the tracked-shipping option, the policy says tracking can take two to three days after shipment to appear in the system. Use the dispatch email and account status, then contact support about an unexplained delay.
