THE SAVINGS NOTEBOOK
About the current Playful Promises offers.
Compare 1 promo code and 1 deal for Playful Promises. 1 offer is for new customers. 1 offer requires email signup to receive a personal code.
Use the US size conversion and check both band and cup
Start with the US store's size chart and fitting guidance, particularly when moving between UK and US bra labels. Compare your current measurements and the product's sizing notes. A familiar cup letter alone is not enough: check the band, cup fit and straps together before removing tags.
Check the return label before removing packaging
The US delivery-and-returns page treats Outlet and Final Sale items differently from ordinary eligible returns. Keep labels and original packaging while checking the fit. Hygiene restrictions apply, and eligible refunds carry a $7 processing fee. The store does not offer exchanges, so a different size may require a separate purchase.
Allow for dispatch as well as carrier transit
Playful Promises aims to dispatch US-store orders in 1–2 working days, extending to 4–5 during busy periods or sales. Standard transit is listed separately at 5–10 business days. If shopping for an occasion, review the current delivery estimate and leave time for both stages rather than counting transit alone.

How we check offers →Shopping at Playful Promises: common questions.
Does Playful Promises offer size exchanges on the US store?
The current delivery-and-returns page says exchanges are not offered. Follow its returns process for an eligible item and place a separate order for another size. Check Final Sale status and the refund processing fee first.
Which date starts the Playful Promises return period?
The US delivery page says 28 days from delivery, while the terms page says 28 days from dispatch. Contact customer service promptly to confirm your order's deadline rather than relying on the later date, and retain its written instructions.
Are UK and US Playful Promises bra sizes identical?
Do not assume the same cup label means the same size across regions. Use the US store's conversion chart and fit guidance for the specific product, then assess the band and cup together when trying it on.
What happens to a free brief if I return the matching bra?
For the brand's bra-and-free-brief promotions, the delivery-and-returns policy requires the brief to be returned with the bra for a full refund. Keep both pieces in eligible condition and check the promotion's specific terms.
How should I check Playful Promises offer claims on CouponFold?
Review the offer's source, conditions and dated verification evidence when available, then check your basket total. Report a mismatch through the offer's reporting option. CouponFold may earn commission from qualifying purchases through affiliate links.
