Compare the exact hair-care set and purchase option
SILK THE RICH lists separate GLOW, SCALP and MOIST shampoo-and-conditioner sets on its US store. Read the ingredients, bottle sizes and product description for the specific set. If checkout offers a subscription, compare its recurring charge and cancellation terms with a one-time purchase before choosing.
Add processing time to the delivery estimate
The US shipping policy lists 1–3 business days for processing before transit begins, with standard shipping estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Busy periods can extend processing. Confirm the address and checkout quote; P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are excluded under the published policy.
Confirm beauty-product return eligibility before opening
The refund page describes a 30-day request period for eligible items but also excludes personal-care and beauty products, sale items and gift cards. Do not assume an opened shampoo set is refundable. Ask support about your exact item, retain proof of purchase, and request authorization before mailing anything back.

If an offer does not apply.

No general trial is promised. Although the policy gives a 30-day request period, it also excludes beauty and personal-care goods. Confirm your specific product's eligibility with support before opening it; authorization is required for accepted returns.
Does a SILK THE RICH first-order offer apply to every basket?
Read the current signup message and the code's conditions. Confirm whether your account, set and purchase option qualify, and check the actual order summary. An advertised signup benefit does not establish that other promotions can be combined.
When should SILK THE RICH tracking start updating?
Tracking is emailed after dispatch, and the shipping policy allows up to 48 hours for carrier updates. This is separate from order processing. If a package arrives damaged, contact support within 48 hours and include photos.
Can I cancel a SILK THE RICH subscription by returning a bottle?
A return and a subscription cancellation are separate requests. Read the current cancellation policy's 10-day timing condition and billing-cycle rules, and ask support to confirm your next charge. Mid-cycle refunds or prorated adjustments are not promised.
How should I check a SILK THE RICH offer on CouponFold?
Review its source, conditions and dated verification evidence when available, then check your final total. Report a mismatch through the offer's reporting option. CouponFold may earn a commission from qualifying purchases through its affiliate links.
